Systém hodnocení pracovní spokojenosti zaměstnanců

Abstract

The aim of the thesis was to create an assessment system of employee job satisfaction for the construction company SLEZSKÉ STAVBY OPAVA s. r. o. The theoretical part contains description of the concept of job satisfaction from various authors' perspectives, questionnaire technique, measuring of attitude using a scale and this part also contains the results of several job satisfaction surveys. The practical part contains a presentation of the examined company, designed questionnaires for two groups of employees (workers and office workers), evaluation of the survey for each examined area and recommendations. There was designed a way the continual assessment in the company should continue.
