Abstract

Diploma thesis deals with high pressure nozzles for products cleaning. In the first part I have focused and described high pressure nozzles and air knives which are used in industry for products cleaning. I have described their properties and area of using. Second part of diploma thesis deals with pulse valves and rotating nozzles and I have also described their properties. Both types create dynamic effect which can be sometimes more effective than continuous flow. Next part was practical, I have experimentally compared different types of nozzles, their properties depending on pressure, air flow and so on. I have evaluated experiments numerically, graphically and also visually. In the last part of my diploma thesis I have designed alternative solutions of pulsing flow.
