Návrh opatření pro úsporu nákladů při výrobě stlačeného vzduchu

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the proposal of technical and economic measures for cost savings and optimization of a compressor station operation. In the theoretical part, the physical and thermodynamic principles of gas compression, compressor design, and technologies for compressed air treatment and distribution are described. Furthermore, conventional and modern control methods, master control systems, and possibilities of waste heat recovery are presented. The practical part of the thesis contains an analysis of the current state of the station based on energy audit data, a proposal of a new hardware configuration with variable speed drive (VSD) including an increase in air receiver volume, and a total evaluation of the achieved energy and financial savings.
