Master thesis is deal with rationalization of the production process in the company Strojírny Třinec, a. s. The analysis of present production process and its evaluation is made in the prologue. Main problems which lead to the retardation or failure of industrial proces are specified on the base of analysis.
I want to achieve the eliminate in the idle time, increase of productivity
and implementation elements of the lean production system on workplace by methodical admittances, which are described and made next.
