Využití umělé inteligence jako nástroje optimalizace firemních procesů

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the use of artificial intelligence as a tool for optimizing business processes. The aim of the thesis is to assess how AI tools are used in selected organizations, which processes have potential for support or automation, and what benefits and barriers are associated with their use. The theoretical part defines business processes, efficiency, the use of AI in business practice, and related legal and ethical aspects. The practical part is based on a questionnaire survey and a supplementary semi-structured interview. The results show that AI is used mainly for text-related tasks, communication, information retrieval, and preparation of materials. At the same time, broader and more systematic use of AI is limited mainly by insufficient knowledge, time constraints, concerns about data security, and unclear rules for use. The thesis formulates recommendations focused on employee training, setting internal rules, and the safe use of AI in optimizing business processes.
