Motivace zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is about motivating employees. This work is divided into a theoretical and a practical parts. In the theoretical one, there are explanations of basics in motivations. In the practical part, Czechoslovak trade bank is being introduced along with its motivating system and there is an evaluation of questionnaire, which has been conducted in ČSOB in a retail branch network in a region Zlin and a branch Vyškov. There are also listed suggestions and recommendations, which could lead to a current employees motivation improvement. The main target of this thesis is an analysis of the current state of employee motivation in Czechoslovak trade bank in the retail branch network in the region Zlin and the branch Vyškov and a consequent suggestions, which may lead to the improvement.
