Rozbor způsobů hydraulické synchronizace realizované pomocí děličů průtoku

Abstract

The task of this Thesis is to design and describe various methods of hydraulic synchronization realized by flow dividers utilization. The first part of this Thesis deals with possible hydraulic synchronization methods of linear hydraulic motors and describe hydraulic synchronization realized by flow dividers and two-way flow control valves utilization. The following part is already dedicated to the concrete projection of hydraulic circuit for two post lift equipment used in automotive trade. This design contains calculations of the hydraulic circuit parameters including thermal calculation. The function charts including component specifications of each of design hydraulic circuit and layout drawing of designed spool type flow divider are contained in supplement.
