Sazba odborných publikací v prostředí Scribus

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá popisem základních typografických pravidel pro sazbu odborných publikací a možností jejich uplatnění v programu Scribus. V první kapitole práce popíšu základní typografická pravidla a pojmy jako jsou písmo a další důležité věci s ním související, dále sazební obrazec, zrcadlo sazby, okraj pro vazbu nebo spadávku. V následujících kapitolách se budu zabývat popisem jednotlivých prvků prostředí programu Scribus, jeho instalací a zaměřím se také na nastavení a práci s programem.

This bachelor thesis deals with description of basic typographic rules for the typesetting of professional publications and possibilities of their application in the Scribus program. In the first chapter I will describe the basic typographic rules and terms such as the font and other important things related to it, the canon of page construction, the typesetting mirror, the border for binding or the bleed. In the following chapters I will deal with the description of the individual elements of the Scribus environment, its installation and I will also focus on setting up and working with the program.
