Abstract

This Master’s thesis deals with the structural design of a front support system for a Tatra truck equipped with a heavy-duty hydraulic crane. The aim of the thesis is to design a technical solution that ensures vehicle stability during operations in front of the cab and prevents overloading of the front axle. The theoretical part presents a review of existing support systems. The practical part includes design calculations, structural analysis of critical components, and a 3D model of the assembly created in a CAD system. The outcome of the thesis is the design of additional front support, including technical drawings.
