Abstract

The theme of this work is rewarding employees in a selected organization. In the first part of this work are the theoretical bases of the staff as well as information on employees benefits, wage forms, and motivation. In the next section I present information about the organization whose system of rewarding employees is another subject, the practical part of this work. At that analyzes the current system of rewarding employees, together with an assessment of overall condition and its suggestions and recommendations I present in the final.
