Využití AI v podnicích

Abstract

This thesis examines the use of artificial intelligence in businesses, with a particular focus on AI avatars and AI personas. The aim of this thesis is to assess the attitudes of (potential) users and businesses toward the use of AI avatars in the workplace, specifically in terms of the perceived benefits, risks, and possibilities of their implementation. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical section. The theoretical section defines the concept of artificial intelligence, its development, key technologies, benefits, and risks, as well as the level of business readiness for AI; it also focuses in detail on the issue of AI avatars, particularly their types, potential uses, benefits, risks, and future trends. The practical part is then based on a combination of quantitative and qualitative research, with the quantitative part conducted via a questionnaire survey among respondents from the ranks of (potential) users, while the qualitative part was carried out through structured interviews with representatives of entrepreneurs, businesses, and institutions. The results of the study show that AI avatars are perceived both as a tool that increases efficiency, accessibility, communication speed, time savings, and service scalability, but also as a technology that poses risks in the areas of trust, transparency, privacy protection, authenticity of communication, and potential user manipulation. The level of acceptance of AI avatars is primarily influenced by perceived utility, experience with the technology, and trust in its use. These findings are followed by recommendations for businesses, outlined in the conclusion of this thesis, which aim to promote a more effective and responsible implementation of AI avatars in practice.
