Abstract

The target of the barchelor thesis is evaluation of education system in Generali Insurance a.s.. In the first part there is a dealing about theoretical basis of education and development of employees in the company. There is a accentuation of a fact, how important is the human capital for building of competitive company and there also are some information about basic terms. Next part of this thesis is concerning of education in the particular company. Analysis of current conditions in the company was accomplished at questionnaires, which were fulfilled by employees of the company. Based on this analysis there are some potential proposals and recommendations for improvement of education of company.
