Abstract

Thesis deals with the design of process optimization in a selected company. The first part focuses on a brief description of project management issues. The following is a description of the company and its analysis of the current state. The next part focuses on specific proposals for process optimization due to changes in international business conditions in trade outside the EU with the optimization of product prices. At the end of the work, solutions with all the findings are proposed.
