Racionalizace technologického postupu výroby rozvlákňovací hlavy

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals at the on desining of new technology of production of spinning head. The first part of the thesis deals with dividing the tool materials and their features. The second part focuses on the issue itself. In this part, there is described the original production technology, used cutting materials and machine tools, with followed by the design of a new cutting material for production of components is then designed. The final result is a technical - economic evaluation of the both technologies and both cutting materials.
