Technická diagnostika ložisek ve firmě Siemens

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá diagnostikou ložisek ve společnosti Siemens, s.r.o., odštěpný závod Elektromotory Frenštát. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě části a to na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy týkající se dané problematiky. Dále jsou zde uvedeny metody, které se využívají pro diagnostiku technického stavu ložisek. V praktické části bylo pro potřeby této práce nasimulováno poškození určitých částí valivého ložiska. Tato ložiska byla následně změřena a vyhodnocena pomocí vhodných diagnostických metod. Poté bylo provedeno porovnání použitých diagnostických metod.

The thesis deals with the diagnosis of bearings at Siemens s.r.o ., branch Electric Frenštát. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts related to the issue. Furthermore, there are methods that are used for diagnostics of the technical condition of the bearings. In the practical part for the purposes of this study simulated damage to certain parts of the rolling bearing. These deposits were then measured and evaluated using appropriate diagnostic methods. Then, a comparison was made of the diagnostic methods.
