Strategická analýza podniku

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je věnována oblasti analýzy vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí firmy A.T.Y.P. group, s.r.o., s cílem nalezení konkurenční výhody a zároveň identifikace možných příležitostí a ohrožení na trhu. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na strategii, její podstatu a obecné postupy strategické analýzy. Dále se práce se zabývá analytickými metodami, které jsou v praxi nejčastěji využívány. V praktické části je charakterizován podnik A.T.Y.P. group, s.r.o., popis jeho vnitřního uspořádání a charakteristika vnějšího okolí, které na firmu působí. Vnitřní situace podniku je zhodnocena pomocí PEST analýzy, konkurence je zanalyzována podle Porterova schématu a v analýze SWOT jsou vyjmenovány a popsány silné a slabé stránky firmy, její příležitosti a ohrožení. V závěru práce jsou navržena doporučení umožňující zlepšit dosavadní situaci podniku na trhu.

The bachelor labour is dedicated to analyse inside and outside background of the company A.T.Y.P. group, s.r.o.with a view to find a competitive advantages of the company and to indentify opportunities and threats on the market. The theoretical part of the labour is focused on the strategy of the company, its key points and basic procedures of strategic analyse. The second part considers analytic method, which are the most often used in practice. The practical part of the labour describes the company A.T.Y.P. group, s.r.o. with definition of their inside structure, and describes outside environment, which influence the company. The inside situation of the company is reviewed by PEST analyse, competitors are analysed according to Porter scheme, and there are described, in SWOT analyse, strong and weak points of the company, its opportunities and threats. At the end of the labour are proposed the recommendations enabling to improve a current situation of the company on the market.
