Abstract
The thesis focuses on the determination of the static characteristics of axial piston hydraulic pumps. The theoretical part provides an analysis of the different types of hydraulic pumps. This is followed by a more in-depth analysis of axial piston pumps with an inclined swash plate. The analysis of the studied pumps is then presented, based mainly on catalog information provided by the manufacturer Bosch Rexroth. Theoretical static characteristics generally applicable to hydraulic pumps are then discussed. In this section, formulas for calculating the parameters of the hydraulic pump are provided. Losses occurring in axial piston hydraulic pumps are then described. This is followed by a description of the experimental hydraulic circuit, including the measurement methodology. The measured data are then evaluated, and based on this evaluation, the static characteristics of the tested pumps are determined. Finally, based on the measured data, the losses of the investigated pumps are assessed.
