Vliv různých druhů abraziv při hydroabrazivní dezintegraci rotujících obrobků

Abstract

Master thesis deals with influences of abrasive particles as is australian garnet and olivine. In combination with changeable technological parameters such as noozle feed rate and direction of workpiece rotation for hydroabrasive disintegration of rotating workpiece. There were made samples in experiment which roughness were detected. The results of roughness were discusted and put into systematic created grafic vizualization what helped to determine differences made by every type of abrasive particles. Grafs were obtained and the results compared with each sample. In case of more accurate results and due to specify more effective type of abrasive particles in process there have been taken shots of surface roughness in deatiled magnification by SEM analyze.
