Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with optimizing penetration size during GMAW welding of thin - walled tubes - in the introduction of the theoretical part there are mentioned basic information about the welding thin-walled tube. Following are defects that arise during the welding and methods that revealing defects. In other chapters there are shown GMAW technologies and the effect of welding and machining parameters on a shape. In the experimental section there is shown welding of thin-walled tubes by CO2 KIT W400 Standard Plus, then welding by Transpuls Synergic 2700 and the test of scoring by Power Wave 345mm C. Next part is about finishing in soldering ovens. In the conclusion of the bachelor thesis there is an evaluation of obtained results.
