Abstract

This thesis deals with machine tools, advantages and disadvantages of using multi-axis machining center. It explains the difference using a three-axis multi-axis machines. Thoroughly describe the preparation of the pitman five-axis milling center DMU 80 monoblock, which is located on the left wheel axle military truck. It calculated the financial return of the two products shown and financial advantages when using multi-axis machine tool. Part of this work is the drawings, which illustrates a schematic description of the pitman to store fixtures for machining both sides.
