Využití numerické simulace při analýze zatížení kovacích zápustek

Abstract

Bachelor thesis is dealing with simulation of die load, its effects on die durability, prediction of its longevity and solving durability problems with dies when they occur. Theoretical part deals with general principles of forging, influences on die durability and how it impacts the forging process. The practical part is dealing with the same issues on an existing dies that has its expected durability differ from its real one . In the end there is an explanation of this occuring and suggestions on how to fix the underlying cause.
