Experimentální komparace hospodárnosti a výrobní přesnosti 3D tiskáren pracujících s technologií FDM

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá komparací tří typů 3D tiskáren pracující s technologií FDM experimentální metodou. V úvodu práce jsou uvedeny technické definice spojeny s 3D tiskem, dále je nastíněna současná situace na trhu s tiskárnami. Větší kapitola je potom věnována problémům provázející proces 3D tisku. V experimentální části jsou vytipovány 3 dostupné tiskárny na kterých jsou porovnávány jednotlivé parametry určující výslednou jakost tisku. Pro tyto účely byl navrhnut model, na krerém jsou vytvořeny unikátní stěžejní prvky pro srovnání tiskáren. V závěru práce jsou přehledně shrnuty a vyhodnoceny výsledky.

Bachelor thesis is dealing with comparation of three different 3D printers working with FDM technology in experimental way. In the beginning of the thesis, there are mentioned definitions linked to 3D print. Then follows the review of current market situation. Bigger chapter is about troubleshooting of 3D printing issues. The practical part is about comparation of 3 3D printers by the experiment which compares the main indicators important for 3D printing. In the end of the thesis, all the main indicators are evaluated.
