Abstract

In this bachelor thesis is a general procedure for creating and operating the starter sport aviation facility on the basis of existing legislation. The bachelor thesis focuses as a sort of guide for new starting areas for the Sport Aviation Apparatuses , where the individual sections are the steps on how to proceed on this issue. In the concluding part in the Annex to the consultation of the various types of contracts bodies and aeronautical map for arrival or departure.
