Formátovací pila

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem formátovací pily bez přídavných stolů. Toto zařízení slouží primárně k rozřezávání velkoplošného materiálu na jednotlivé formáty, především dřevěného původu, ale může se také použít například pro řezání plastů. V úvodu je seznámení s funkcemi a hlavními částmi formátovací pily. Jádro práce se skládá z několika částí a to z konstrukce stolu pily, naklápěcího mechanizmu, lineárních posuvu a formátovacího stolu. Samotný návrh hlavního a předřezového pohonu se zabývá volbou elektromotoru, řemenového převodu a uložení hřídele. Závěr obsahuje zhodnocení práce a dosažených cílů.

The thesis is deals with a proposal for a sizing saw without additional tables. This device is primarily for the large-scale cutting of material in individual formats, mainly of wooden origin, but this can also be used for cutting plastics, for example. The introduction familianises the reader with the functions and main components of the sizing saw. The central sections of this thesis consists of served parts - the construction of the table saw, the inclining mechanism, the linear displacement and the sizing table. A separete proposal deals with a pre-cutting drive with optional electric motor, belt gear and shaft support. The conclusion includes of the proposal and how to achieve its aims.
