This diploma thesis named "Crisis management in air transport" deals with emergency planning and preparedness management of critical situations in aviation. The aim of this work is to examine the technique of prevention and preparedness and crisis management to cope with stressful situations in aviation. This is carefully dismantled method "CISM" called. Dealing with the stress of the crisis situations. Subsequently, it deals with procedures to be implemented to cope with tasks management prevention of emergencies and when such a crisis and crisis management and coordinating the preparation and relief work. The final part focuses on models of crisis management and integrated rescue system used in aircraft accident in the Czech Republic.
