Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of III.+ generation nuclear facilities projects suitable for the completion of the Dukovany nuclear power plant. In the introduction, the principle of operation of a nuclear power plant, overview of I. and II. circuit, description of basic structures of nuclear reactors and their classification. The following is an overview of manufacturers for III. + projects, their comparison, a description of safety elements and a search of all III.+ generation nuclear units under construction in Europe. The calculation part focuses on the thermal calculation of a vertical steam generator in a two-loop arrangement of the I. circuit.
