Měření spokojenosti zákazníků s veterinárními službami

Abstract

For my Thesis I selected „Customer satisfaction measurement with veterinary services.“ Thesis objective was to find customers satisfaction or dissatisfaction with services of veterinary dispensary. Objective was achieved by marketing research and on its bases I proposed a recommendations for current situation improving and recommended other changes. I believe that findings of fact and suggestions help veterinary dispensary to improve and extend its services.
