| dc.description.abstract | Jako téma diplomové práce jsem si zvolila "Měření spokojenosti zákazníků s veterinárními službami". Cílem mé práce bylo zjistit spokojenost či nespokojenost zákazníků veterinární ošetřovny s jejími službami. Tohoto cíle jsem dosáhla pomocí marketingového výzkumu a na jeho základě jsem navrhla určitá doporučení ke zlepšení situace a doporučila jsem ošetřovně další změny. Věřím, že zjištěné skutečnosti a návrhy pomohou veterinární ošetřovně ke zkvalitnění a rozšíření poskytovaných služeb. | cs |

Objective was achieved by marketing research and on its bases I proposed a recommendations for current situation improving and recommended other changes.
