Aplikace technické diagnostiky na rovinných bruskách

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřená na technickou diagnostiku rovinných brusek. V úvodní části vás seznámím s problematikou a rozdělením rovinných brusek, brusnými nástroji a technologií broušení. Dále je uvedena teorie metod vibrodiagnostiky, měření otáček, tribodiagnostiky. V praktické části vás seznámím s postupem měření, umístění snímačů, měření otáček a postupem a výsledky vibrodiagnostiky. Také zde bude uveden postup a výsledky jednotlivých tribodiagnostických testů. Výsledkem mé práce je zhodnocení všech výsledků měření a uvedení doporučení, které by mělo zajistit delší bezporuchový stav stroje.

The thesis is focused on the technical diagnostics of surface grinding machines. In the first section, I introduce the issue of distribution of surface grinding machines, grinding tools and a grinding technology. Below is the theory of a method vibrodiagnostics, a measurement of speed, trobodiagnostics. In the practical part I introduce you the proces of the measurement, the location of sensor, the speed measurement and the proces and the results of vibrodiagnostics. There also will be presented the proces and the results of each procedure tribodiagnostics tests. The result of my work is the evaluation of all measurement results and recommendations that should ensure the long trouble-free status of the machine.
