Abstract
Bachelor's thesis takes a closer look on the ways of projects management STÖRI MANTEL company. An analysis of existing method was done and the possibilities of more efficient ways of projects management were examined. On the basis of gathered data were made decision operations which were necessary for solution, which could be subsequently applied and adjusted on the existing projects management in a firm.
