Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with personal activities, a questionnaire survey in the company MOS s.r.o. The theoretical part of the work is focused on the theory of human resources management. The practical part shows the current personal situation in the company, which is followed by an analysis of personal management in the company. The purpose of this work is to evaluate the analysis of the questionnaire survey, review and propose changes, that would lead to improved and more efficient management. The last part of the thesis deals with some proposals to improve the efficiency of activities performed.
