Abstract

Bachelor Thesis deals with the possibilities of increasing efficiency of quality control and measuring of constituent components and more difficult conceptual final parts in firm Klein & Blažek, s. r. o. by using CAE systems ATOS II. It describes a current condition of quality control and measuring of manufactured components and tools by using 3D contact measured machine Zeiss Prismo 7 and new possibilities of measuring by using optical digital system non-contacting measuring ATOS II. It compares results of the both ways of measuring with respect to a speed of processing, precision and variability of measuring, the possibility of application during verification of physical state of tools towards valid constructional documentation and examines next benefits of system ATOS II for firm Klein & Blažek, s. r. o.
