Abstract

The objective of this thesis is to analyse the rewards system of a small manufacturing company. The analysis is conducted on the basis of a questionnaire for employees and an interview with the owner of the company. The work attempts to reach a compromise between the employees’ motivation and the costs of the company. The new reward system should further motivate the employees and enhance the overall effectiveness of the company.
