Měření regulovatelného vzduchového ejektoru vyrobeného metodou 3D tisku při různých provozních podmínkách

Abstract

Master thesis is dealing with the problematic of ejectors. In the theoretical part, a research on the topic of jet machines is presented with a focus on ejectors, their working process and their construction. The metrology problematic is presented focusing on temperature, pressure and flow measurement. In the practical part, the experiment of two ejectors is described, one is made by conventional method and the other by 3D printing. The controllability of ejectors consist in adjusting different distances of the nozzle from the mixing chamber and the ejectors are investigated at different pressures in the net. Conversions from the measured values and calculations are used to further analyse the behaviour of these ejectors.
