Abstract

The bachelor's thesis describes the design of a hand-powered industrial truck according to documents from the company SSI Schäfer s.r.o. The design of two variants of trucks is made. The welded structures of the industrial truck frames are made of hollow steel profiles of square cross-section. Both truck variants are designed to have a load capacity of 1500 kg. This fact is verified by strength and deformation analysis. At the end of the work, the calculation of handling forces is also performed. Attachments of the bachelor's thesis are drawings of weldments of the frames of both trucks, assembly drawings of both trucks and pictures showing the results of strength and deformation analysis of both trucks.
