Abstract
Thesis deals with analysis of students attitudes to the one year intensive english cours in language school Hello, in Ostrava – Mariánské Hory. The theoretical chapter is focused on characterization of services, consumers behavior and customers attitudes. Chapter characterization of environment is focused on characterization microenvironment from the viewpoint of marketing mix and macroenvironment. The research methodology is summarized by the preparatory process and implementation phases of marketing research. Results analysis of customers attitudes were obtained by questionnaire, which one is researched of students attitudes, lessons and school. Conclusions and recommendations were made afterward to improve customers attitudes to the study in next years.
