Vliv změny parametrů obrábění WEDM na povrch řezané slitiny titanu

Abstract

The thesis deals with the electroerosive wire cutting of titanium alloy Ti-6Al-4V. In the introduction, the principle of this method, the main machining parameters including power characteristics, discharge, wire parameters and washout are explained. At the end of the theoretical part, the different parts of the wire cutting machine are described, namely the machines and their design, the tools and their distribution. At the beginning of the practical part, specific parameters are selected at which the experiment will take place and the semi-finished product for the production of measuring samples. The experiment deals with determining the effect of machining performance on the resulting machined surface roughness. The procedure of the experiment is the production of measuring samples with increasing peak discharge current, while maintaining the other parameters.
