Navíječ kabelů

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá konstrukčním návrhem navíječky kabelů určené pro sklad velkoobchodu s elektroinstalačním materiálem. V práci je rozebrána problematika dostupných variant navíječek kabelů. Hlavní problematikou dostupných řešení navíječek je možnost navíjení kabelů pouze v podobě smotků. Diplomová práce se zabývá konstrukčním návrhem navíječky umožňující navíjet kabel jak na smotky, tak na cívky. Navržené prvky zařízení jsou podrobeny pevnostním kontrolám. V příloze je přiložena výkresová dokumentace návrhu.

The master thesis deals with the design of a cable winding machine intended for a warehouse of a wholesale electrical installation material. The thesis discusses the problems of available variants of cable winders. The main problem of the available cable winding solutions is the limitation of cable winding only in the form of a coil. The thesis deals with the design of a cable winder that allows to wind the cable on both smotch and spools. The designed elements of the device are subjected to strength checks. A drawing of the design is attached.
