Návrh třísměrové rozvodovky s ozubenými koly

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem a konstrukčním řešením třísměrové rozvodovky s ozubenými koly - kuželové a čelní soukolí. Nejprve je uvedeno několik výrobců rozvodovek, pak návrh konstrukčního řešení rozvodovky, návrh soukolí, silový rozbor v rozvodovce, návrh hřídelů a ložisek. Na závěr je provedena pevnostní analýza svařované skříně. Navržená rozvodovka je dokumentovaná v příloze diplomové práce v podobě sestavného výkresu, dílenského výkresu spodku skříně a výkresu ozubeného kola rozvodovky.

This thesis deals with design of a three-way final gear drive cogwheel assembly – between-gears and spur-wheels. First of all, the thesis deals with market research of producers of final gears, then structural design of the final gear, design of the gears, force analysis in the final gear, design of shafts and bearings. In the end, I have carried out load and strength analysis of the welded case for the final gear. Attachments of the thesis are: assembly drawing, production drawing of the bottom part of the case, and production drawing of the cogwheel of the final gear.
