Zhodnocení účinnosti auditů ve společnosti z oblasti automobilového průmyslu

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the efficiency of audits in the practical conditions of the company, to evaluate the results of the analysis, to identify areas for improvement and to propose measures for improvement. The first part of the thesis describes the issues of audits in the automotive industry, introduces the requirements of the ISO 9000, IATF 16949 and VDA 6 standards and explains the concepts of product audit, process audit and quality management system audit. There are also characterized internal and external audits. In the second part the work is focused on introducing the company and its processes and analysing and evaluating the efficiency of audits in the company. In the end of the thesis the processes for improvement are identified by Pareto analysis through negative points recalculated from the audit nonconformities and recommendations, and suggested improvement measures.
