Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the proposal of the automation of the control of the winding of the stator of the electric motor at the workplace of the inter-operational control in the production plant of Siemens, s.r.o., Elektromotory Frenštát. The introductory chapter analyses the current state of control at the workplace. The Thesis analyses the possibilities of sensor technology suitable for the automation of the control of shape and dimensions of the winding and then simulates the selected variant using the simulation software Tecnomatix Process Simulate and proposes suitable technical equipment based on this simulation.
