Návrh technologického postupu svařování konzoly vedení nápravy

Abstract

V bakalářské práci, na téma „Návrh technologického postupu svařování konzoly vedení nápravy“, je zpracována charakteristika základního a přídavného materiálu, stanovené úpravy svarových ploch a tvary svarů, na základně kterých byl zhotoven návrh technologického postupu svařování konzoly vedení nápravy a návrh technologického postupu svařování rekonstrukce podvozku. Návrhy byly sestaveny se všemi náležitostmi, jako jsou atesty, polohy svařování, klasifikace a certifikace pracovníků a použité stroje. Dle sestavených pracovních operací a zjištěných hodinových mezd pracovníků s jednotlivým oborem, se zhotovily náklady na výrobu konzol a rekonstrukci podvozku vedení nápravy.

In the thesis entitled as "Design of technological process of welding the axle bracketIt is elaborated characterization of basic and auxiliary materials, prescribed treatment of the weld surfaces and shapes of welds on the base where the proposal was made by the technological process of welding the axle bracket and a proposal for the reconstruction of the technological process of welding the chassis. The proposals were drawn up with all the essentials, such as certificates, welding positions, classification and certification of personnel and used machines. According to the compiled work operations and identification of the hourly wages of workers with individual discipline the cost of producing consoles and reconstruction of the axle chassis was made.
