Strategie 2,5-osého frézování v CAM systému při výrobě repliky zbraně

Abstract

The thesis is focused on the technology of machining replicas of weapons processed in MasterCAM software. The first part provides a general summary of the two-axis milling strategies, their basic description and possibilities of their use. The practical section is aimed at the concrete proposal of a strategy for machining the weapon replica’s main parts. In conclusion, the proposed technology is compared with conventional manufacturing method. The accompanying project is a multimedia support in the form of a presentation with interactive simulations.
