The Non-linear Bending and Buckling of the Mine Steel Support

Abstract

This thesis deals with the investigation of the nonlinear bending of the mine steel support to the loss of stability due to shape and profile changes in plastic deformation. The use of the mine steel support is defined at the beginning of the research and is distinguished by the linear theory of the loss of straight bar stability. In the next section bending characteristics and replacement bending stiffness for fixed beam, subjected to pure bending, combined bending with axial compressive force are elaborately described. Another part deals with 3D “finite element analysis” in software Ansys Workbench where the process is divided and boundary conditions are applied to gather the required results of the analysis. The solutions from these analysis are presented in the last part, which deals with their mutual comparison.

Tato práce se zabývá výzkumem nelineárního ohýbání nosné ocelové podpory na ztrátu stability způsobenou změnami tvaru a profilu v plastické deformaci. Použití podpory důlní oceli je definováno na začátku výzkumu a vyznačuje se lineární teorií ztráty stability přímých tyčí. V následující části jsou podrobně popsány charakteristiky ohybu a náhradní tuhost ohybu pro pevný paprsek, podrobené čistému ohybu, kombinované ohyby s axiální tlakovou silou. Další část se zabývá 3D “analýzou konečných prvků“ v softwaru Ansys Workbench, kde je proces rozdělen a jsou použity okrajové podmínky pro získání požadovaných výsledků analýzy. Řešení z této analýzy jsou uvedena v poslední části, která se zabývá jejich vzájemným porovnáním.
