Návrh zařízení pro rázový test automobilových zámků

Abstract

This master's thesis focuses on the design of an automated device for impact testing of car locks, indended to replace the existing manually operated solution. The introduction presents an overview of car locks and how they are tested. It also includes an analysis of the current device and an overview of commercial testing machines. Two design variants of the lifting mechanism are proposed and evaluated using multi-criteria analysis. A complete mechanical design of the testing device is developed, including the selected lifting mechanism. The proposed solution is supported by calculations, structural analysis and technical drawings. The thesis also includes a conceptual design of the electrical components and their wiring. To validate the functionality of the design, a working prototype with a custom control program is built. A cost estimate is also prepared for the entire device.
