Abstract

This thesis deals with the analysis of employee satisfaction in Bucyrus Czech Republic Ltd. The goal of this thesis is the help of a questionnaire survey to explore the satisfaction of employees and description how the system works in the management of human resources in this enterprise. The work is divided into four thematic parts. The first part is devoted to professional interpretation for the analytical part. The next part shows the characteristics of a particular enterprise. The thesis continues the analysis and questionnaire survey. Based on the results obtained in the analytical part are designed to recommendations and suggestions for improvement. Finally, work will be evaluated in the direction of the position the company for human resources. Problems will be found in personnel management and proposed alternative possible solutions.
