Vliv zaoblení hran materiálu na výsledné vlastnosti organického povlaku

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the influence of the edge treatment of the material on the properties of the organic coating. The introduction of the thesis deals mainly with the classification, application, and defects of paints. Furthermore, the thesis defines duplex systems and various edge treatment before coating. In the practical part, steel samples with different edge treatments are coated (duplex system/organic coating). At the end of the thesis, the suitability of edge treatment (sharp, beveled and rounded) before the application of the duplex system and paint is evaluated using a metallographic test and a salt spray test. The evaluation of experimental work is presented in clear tables and pictures.
