Návrh hydraulického obvodu přenosné svorníkovací soupravy

Abstract

The Bachelor thesis is focused on proposal and specify elements of hydraulic circuit of portable bolting rig. At first there is place which is devoted to issues of drilling rigs and their distribution. Further, in the thesis are descripted individual hydrostatic motors which are used on rig and what are their properties. As well there are performed calculations on selected sizes of motors when have been known hydraulic power unit and mechanical components of portable rig. Also the proposal´s part is focused on specification of hydraulic elements on control panel which control the whole rig. There are mentioned systems of independent distribution flow rate on pressure load too. In conclusion in the bachelor thesis are made hydraulic schema of connection for hydraulic components in whole rig´s circuit for both oil and emulsion variant.
