The goal of my thesis is to analyze the process of recruitment, selection and adaption of employees in the company Siemens Ltd on the basis of a questionnaire research. This thesis is divided into the four chapters. The first chapter includes specific theoretical solutions of recruitment, selection and adaption, methods used and their characteristics. The second chapter consists of the introduction of the company and its activities. The third deals with the analysis of questionnaire research, which is divided into three parts of research with the final evaluation. In the last chapter we find recommendations and proposals that I prepared for the company.
