This thesis is about new design of processing of rotors for Siemens, s.r.o. company. I chose this company because of its long experience in making of electric motors and it is one of the biggest suppliers in this area. The introduction is about current status of making stators. Two present technologies are thorougly discussed and compared. Next is my design of two new technologies for stator producton. These two technologies are discussed and there is highlighted their workflow and benefits. At the end of my work I've done techno-economic evaluation, there are three new technologies compared to current technologies and the application of financial costs. At the conclusion of the technical-economic evaluation savings are made for each proposed line separately. Based on analyses, i want to design technology, which can be implemented to provide cheaper and faster production and bigger productivity at making of rotors and entire electric motors at Siemens, s.ro. company.
